Reminiscence Express brings back memories at Aylesbury care home

It's been a wonderful day at Willow Bank Care Home in Aylesbury as the Reminiscence Express rolled in! Residents were treated to a trip down memory lane with a special vintage bus visit, bringing smiles and cherished stories to our community.
